Terms and conditions

The service is operated by Olena Chyzhyk, IČO 24035181, with its registered address at Pařížská 2161, 272 01 Kladno, Czech Republic (the “operator”).

The operator is a sole trader operating under a trade licence; the trade-registry record is available from the relevant trade-licensing authority.

An order is an offer to conclude a contract. The contract is concluded when the order is confirmed and the customer completes payment.

The subject is the delivery of a Breakfast Box to the chosen apartment at the agreed time. The exact contents and allergens are shown before ordering.

Breakfast is delivered in the 07:30–09:00 morning window. Delivery is only available at properties that provide the service.

Where a property supports it, a breakfast may be ordered before arrival. This is a property-specific service and is not available everywhere.

Payment is made online before delivery, in EUR or CZK, depending on the currency set for the order.

Consumer-protection law may apply to the relationship, in particular regarding withdrawal and complaints, to the extent provided by law.

In addition to those statutory rights, Crumbly offers a voluntary commercial cancellation policy: a full refund if you cancel no later than 7 calendar days before the scheduled breakfast delivery date. This policy is described in the Cancellation and refund section.
