Cancellation and refund

This section covers order cancellation and refunds.

7-day cancellation & full refund

If you cancel no later than 7 calendar days before the scheduled breakfast delivery date, your order will be fully refunded.

To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at info@crumbly.cz or +420 773 568 257 and quote your order number.

After the deadline

After that deadline the order is generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law, where Crumbly cannot fulfil the order, or where another mandatory refund right applies.

Refunds

Any refund is returned to the original payment method.
